The Pizza Shack officially opened for business Oct.21, 1999, Now Carson's Pizzeria in Adams Center, NY!

After working for several other pizzerias, I decided to purchase this one right out of college.  After 15+ years later, we're still here!

 

We've employed students from South Jefferson, Belleville-Henderson, Sackets Harbor and Watertown High schools.

When I started college, I worked for a pizza shop that really served as a model for my pizzeria.  They served a great product, created an excellent working environment that you enjoyed working in and treated the community like friends, which is how I hope my employees and customers feel.

 

Hopefully, in years to come, our boys, Carter 9 and Dawson 6, will learn the ways to be the start of the second generation at Carson's Pizzeria & Bar
